Below is my list of second hand books for sale. Generally these are in pretty good condition - I have tried to err on the side of being overly critical so that there are no nasty surprises (which those who buy on ebay will know they sometimes get!). However if anybody is unsatisfied with any of the purchases, I will happily take them back and refund their money.
They are in alphabetical order with the title and price on the left hand side and a brief comment about the book underneath. On the right hand side - the information column - I have included other relevant facts such as date, edition (if known), number of pages, whether it has a dust jacket and the publisher. The first line of each entry is how I have categorised the book. The different categories are as follows:
Antiquarian (those dated pre 1900), Bibliography, Biography (includes Autobiography), Cards, Children's Books, Ephemera, Fiction, Gambling/Cons, General - laypeople, General - magicians, Goldston Books (Books by or published by Will Goldston), History, Hoffmann (Books by Professor Hoffmann), Memory, Mentalism, Paranormal, Pastimes, Puzzles/Maths and Yellow Perils (includes the red hard backed and the softback versions of the traditional yellow peril).
Once any book is sold I will remove it from the list - so every book you see should be available. If two people ask for the same book I will go with the earliest email.
If you are interested in purchasing any of the books, please contact me by email. I will tell you how much p & p is. Payment can be by cheque or through PayPal (I will send you a request for the amount owed).
Please also get in touch if you have any questions over the books; or if you would like to come around in person to view them. Thank you for your interest.
